CANCELLATION POLICY
At tHAIRapy 911 Salon, your time is valued & so is mine. Please review the cancellation policy below to help me serve all clients respectfully and efficiently. CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULES: - 24 hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule your appointment. - If you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice, 50% of your service total will be charged. - No call, no-shows will be charged 50% of your service & may be banned from booking future appointments, at stylist's discretion. LATE POLICY: A 15-minute grace period is offered. After that you will be charged $20 to your service total. After 30 minutes, your appointment maybe canceled or adjusted to fit the remaining time, with applicable fees.
